The following is a checklist of information that is needed to sucessfully Stop Your IRS Wage Garnishment.

- Answer the short questionaire that we will supply, Some of the questions consist of the following
- Monthly Expense Report
- Credit Card Expense Estimation
- Copy of your IRS notice, “If You Still Have It”
- Copy of your most recent payment stub with year to date totals
- Copy of three months bank statements
The following information must be received before we can begin to work on your case
